My name is Maritza Georges I grew up in a small town in Miami, Florida. I grew up loving to be in the kitchen with my grandmother. She instilled her Passion and Love for cooking in me, her specialty was Cuban cuisine. I always knew from the age of 10 that I wanted to be a Chef like her. I have traveled extensively for my love for food. I have been to places like West Africa, Central America, Mexico, Europe, and all the Caribbean.  I have taken this passion and love I have for cuisine and made it my own.

I majored in Business administration in college because I always loved business and what it entailed. I chose cooking because that is where my passion was at. I am happily married with two boys and a wonderful husband that are incredibly supportive.
