Recipe:
1 lb flank steak (very common to find in your local grocery store)
1 medium onion
2 large cloves of garlic
1/2 bell pepper (color of your choice)
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tbs black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tbs powder chicken base
1 tsp paprika
1 bay leaf
2 tbs white distilled vinegar
1 1/2 tbs vegetable oil

Do you just put the steak and seasonings in a pot together? How long do you cook the flank steak? I only see the ingredients and no instructions.

I apologize for the delay in responding I normally respond right away! You can either boil flank steak in pressure cooker for 15 min or 1 1/2 hours on stovetop. It is very tough meat that is why you have to cook so long on stovetop.
